[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the Township of
Doylestown 4-15-1980 as Ch. 1, Art. 2, of the 1980 Code
of Ordinances. Amendments noted where applicable.]
A Township Planning Commission, consisting of five members, is hereby
created for the Township of Doylestown, which shall be appointed and have
the powers and duties as provided by Act 247 of the General Assembly, approved
July 31, 1968, P .L. 805, Art. II, § 201 et seq., as amended.[1]
