The drought contingency plan prepared by Smith Environmental Technologies Corporation for the Doylestown Township Municipal Authority dated October 1995 is hereby adopted by an ordinance of this Township.
No person, firm, corporation, partnership or other entity shall violate the requirements for conservation during a drought emergency. Any person, firm, corporation, partnership or other entity who shall fail to comply with the mandatory restrictions imposed in the event of a drought emergency shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $600, and each day that the person, firm, corporation, partnership or other entity shall violate the mandatory restrictions imposed during a drought emergency shall be considered a separate violation.
