In all cases where the Building Inspector is requested by the builder/developer
to make return or call-back inspections and in all cases where there must
be additional inspections occasioned by the builder's noncompliance with
the notice requirements of the BOCA Building Code, the builder/developer shall
pay the sum of $15 for each such inspection.
