Health Officer — See Ch. 39.
The Borough Council of the Borough of Pleasant Hills hereby
agrees to voluntarily join and become associated with the Allegheny County
Health Department as a full and participating member therein.
The Borough Secretary of the Borough of Pleasant Hills is hereby directed
to notify, by letter, the Allegheny County Health Department of the enactment
of this chapter and to forward a true and correct copy of this chapter to
the Allegheny County Health Department.
No part of this chapter shall be considered or construed as repealing,
either in whole or in part, any of the existing ordinances of the Borough
of Pleasant Hills. It is the specific intention of the Borough Council of
the Borough of Pleasant Hills that this chapter shall not, to any extent whatsoever,
amend, modify or repeal any existing ordinance relating to the health or safety
of the residents of the Borough of Pleasant Hills.
