Unless otherwise specifically provided for in
this Code, any person who violates any provision of this Code shall,
upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine not to exceed $250 or
imprisonment not to exceed 15 days, or both. Each day that such violation
is permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense.
A.
In addition to the penalties provided for above, the
Village Board may also maintain an action or proceeding in the name
of the Village in a court of competent jurisdiction to compel compliance
with or to restrain by injunction the violation of any provision of
this Code.
B.
The Village Justice Court shall have the same powers
of jurisdiction as the Supreme Court for compelling compliance or
restraining by injunction.
