There are hereby authorized within the Township of Mantua five plenary retail consumption licenses, two plenary retail distribution licenses and one club license.

The license fee due and payable to the Township of Mantua shall be that indicated below opposite the relevant type of license:

No licensee shall sell, serve or deliver, or allow, permit or suffer the sale, service or delivery of, any alcoholic beverages on the licensed premises on weekdays and Saturdays between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., or between the hours of 2:00 a.m., Sunday, and 11:00 a.m., Sunday, except on New Year's Day, when the sale, service or delivery of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted until 3:00 a.m. on January 1 of each year.
No licensee shall sell, serve or deliver, or allow, permit or suffer the sale, service or delivery of, any alcoholic beverages in any premises not open to the public or, with respect to club licenses not open to members of the club and guests, or in any premises not open to full view from the public thoroughfare or from adjacent rooms to which the public is freely admitted, other than in premises to which a club license has been issued and in guest rooms and private dining rooms of hotels.
A. 
Any person, entity or corporation who or which violates any provision of this chapter, shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable by one or more of the following: imprisonment in the county jail or any place provided by the municipality for the detention of prisoners for a term up to but not exceeding 90 days or by a fine of not less than $100 and not more than $2,000 or by a period of community service up to but not exceeding 90 days, or any combination of the above.

Each day that a violation exists, occurs, or continues shall constituted a separate offense for the purpose of imposing the penalties referred to above.
