For the purpose of this article, the following
terms shall have the meanings indicated:
A piece of wood or other material to which wheels are attached.

It shall be unlawful for any person to ride
or operate any skateboard on the sidewalk adjoining any street, upon
any street or alley in public parking lots, in public areas or on
any other municipally owned property in the Town of Milton.
A.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this
article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction
thereof, shall be fined for the first offense not less than $50 nor
more than $100, and for a second or subsequent offense shall pay the
cost of prosecution.
B.
For the purpose of this article, each day that a violation
occurs shall be deemed to be a separate offense.
