GENERAL REFERENCES

This article shall be known as the "Zoning Publication
Law."
In lieu of the publication provided in Village
Law § 7-706, Subdivision 2, every zoning law and every amendment
thereto shall be made by publishing a summary of the law or amendment
one time in the official newspaper and by posting a copy of the full
text of such zoning law or amendment, together with any map incorporated
therein, conspicuously at or near the main entrance to the office
of the Village Clerk.

The public notice provided for in this article
shall be given at least 10 days prior to the public hearing concerning
the local law.
