Church Street is hereby designated as a main artery of travel
and all vehicles approaching said Church Street from Maple Street
shall, before entering Church Street, come to a full stop, and shall
thereafter enter said Church Street with caution.
All provisions of ordinances heretofore adopted not consistent
with the provisions of this article are hereby repealed.

The failure to comply with any of the foregoing provisions of
this article shall be and constitute a violation thereof, and any
person violating any of the provisions of this article shall be punished
by a fine not exceeding $150.00 for each such violation.
