The following named streets are hereby designated as one-way streets, in which traffic shall pass in one direction only and in such direction as herein stated:
A. 
John Street is hereby designated as a one-way street, in which vehicles shall pass and be operated only in an easterly direction.
B. 
Maple Street is hereby designated as a one-way street, in which vehicles shall pass and be operated only in a southerly direction.
C. 
It shall be unlawful to operate any vehicle in the above-named streets in any other or opposite direction than the directions hereinabove stated.
All provisions of ordinances heretofore adopted not consistent with the provisions of this Article III, Part 1, are hereby repealed.

The failure to comply with any of the foregoing provisions of this Article III, Part 1, shall be and constitute a violation thereof, and any person violating any of the provisions of this Article III, Part 1, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $150 for each such violation.

All vehicular traffic on Orchard Street in the Village of Liberty shall be one-way, and said traffic shall be permitted to travel in a northerly direction only.[1]

All vehicle traffic on Buckley Street in the Village of Liberty shall be permitted to travel in both directions thereon at all times.

Any person violating any of the foregoing provisions of this Article III, Part 2, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $150 for each such violation.
