The annual compensation of the Mayor and Trustees of the Village/Town of Mount Kisco shall be fixed each year in the amount established therefor in the annual budget of the village/town.

The Board of Trustees may fix the compensation and further declare the powers and duties of all Village officers or boards and may require any officer or board of the Village to furnish reports, estimates or other information relating to any matters within their jurisdiction.
