It shall be the policy of the Village not to
connect any building, dwelling or trailer with the Village water system
where the Village of Newark Valley Code Enforcement Officer has notified
the Village that the owner has not met New York State Uniform Fire
Prevention and Building Code regulations and requests that water service
not be provided until compliance with the regulations has been determined.
