A. 
No person shall use or discharge any firearm, slingshot, air rifle, BB gun or pellet gun within the limits of the City of Newburgh otherwise than in self defense, the discharge of official duty or to prevent injury or damage to persons or domestic animals.
B. 
No persons shall carry or transport any firearm, slingshot, air rifle, BB gun or pellet gun within the limits of the City of Newburgh with the intent to use the same for any unlawful purpose.
