A.
Fishing
within the Frank Masterson Recreation Area should only be permitted
from the shore of Lockwood's Basin. Hours for fishing shall be between
the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The Recreation Department or
Water Department may change or restrict these hours or prohibit fishing
when such action is deemed necessary. Fishing shall be permitted from
April 1 to October 31 of each year for individuals who have applied
for and received a New York State fishing license.
B.
Fishing
is allowed only in designated, signed areas.
C.
Fish stocking
is only allowed by the permission of the Water Department.
D.
Fishing
is catch and release only.
