The purpose of this chapter is to establish a new expense and fee schedule for building related and other miscellaneous items and to consolidate them under one chapter of law. The fees set forth in this chapter may hereinafter be amended by resolution of the North Greenbush Town Board without the adoption of a local law.
The following fees are hereby established in the Town of North Greenbush:

C. 
Chapter 113, Garbage, Rubbish and Refuse.
(1) 
Article II, Solid Waste Collection.

(a) 
Solid waste collection service initial permit application fee: $300.
(b) 
Solid waste collector's annual license, full-year or part-year: $250 per truck servicing the Town of North Greenbush.
D. 
Chapter 125, Mobile Homes and Mobile Home Parks.
(1) 
License application.
(a) 
Original filing fee: $500.
(b) 
Annual fee: sum of $100, plus $20 multiplied by the number of lots authorized by the permit.
E. 
Chapter 137, Peddling and Soliciting.
(1) 
License fee for hawkers, peddlers or solicitors: $100 per year.
F. 
Chapter 155, Site Plan Review.
(1) 
Residential.
(a) 
Preliminary review: $200 for the first four units, plus $40 for each additional unit.
(b) 
Final review: $200 for the first four units, plus $40 for each additional unit.
(c) 
Review and inspection: $75 per unit.
(d) 
Sign review: $100.
(2) 
Nonresidential.

(a) 
New site plan: $100 per acre, plus reimbursement of expenses per § 95-4, with a $250 minimum fee.
(b) 
Modified or revised site plan: $100, plus reimbursement of expenses per § 95-4.
G. 
Chapter 159, Streets and Sidewalks.
(1) 
Article II, Street Specifications.
(a) 
Fee for permit for new street: $1,000 per mile or portion thereof.
(b) 
A minimum fee of $100 is required and payable for less than 500 feet of road construction and/or reconstruction.
H. 
Chapter 163, Subdivision of Land.

(1) 
Subdivision review fee.
(a) 
Preliminary review: $200 for the first four lots, plus $40 for each additional lot, plus reimbursement of expenses per § 95-4.
(b) 
Final review: $200 for the first four lots, plus $40 for each additional lot, plus reimbursement of expenses per § 95-4.
(2) 
Subdivision construction inspection fee when performed by authorized Town employees.
(a) 
Construction Inspector: $50 per hour.
(b) 
Engineer review: $75 per hour.
(3) 
Park, playground, recreation space and/or fees in lieu thereof, as determined by the Planning Board:
(a) 
Land as described in Chapter 163 and approved by the Town Board;
(b) 
$600 per unit in lieu thereof, if approved by the Town Board; or
(c) 
Suitable remuneration approved by the Town Board.
I. 
Chapter 197, Zoning.
(1) 
Variances.
(a) 
Single-lot residence: $60.
(b) 
All others: $150.
(2) 
Special permits: $35.
(3) 
Rezoning and petitions to amend Chapter 197: $250, plus all related costs.
J. 
Chapter 99, Flood Damage Prevention.

(1) 
Permits for residential, single-occupancy special flood hazard development: 10% of work permit generating special flood hazard development permit, with a minimum fee of $10.
(2) 
Permits for all other special flood hazard development: 10% of work permit generating special flood hazard development permit, with a minimum fee $50.

The following miscellaneous fees enumerated below shall be charged. These fees may hereafter be amended from time to time by resolution of the North Greenbush Town Board.
A. 
Beach passes.
(1) 
Individual season pass, resident: $40.
(2) 
Family season pass, resident: $60.
(3) 
Individual season pass, nonresident: $75.
(4) 
Family season pass, nonresident: $110.
(5) 
Individual senior citizen resident season pass: $5.
(6) 
Individual senior, nonresident: $40.
(7) 
Daily admission rates:
(a) 
Resident: $2 per person/per car, with a maximum fee of $7 per car.
(b) 
Nonresident: $5 per person/per car, with a maximum fee of $10 per car.
(c) 
Buses or passenger vans: $2 per person.
B. 
Miscellaneous construction review and inspection which is not specifically encompassed by the terms of the chapter and when performed by authorized Town employees shall require payment as follows:
(1) 
Construction inspection: $50 per hour.
(2) 
Engineer review: $75 per hour.
A. 
All miscellaneous expenses shall be paid by the applicant, developer or builder in connection with all applications or requests submitted by them or in connection with their project to the Town Planning Board, Zoning Board and Town Board, as well as for requests for rezoning or other Town action which would trigger a SEQR review process.
B. 
Such expenses shall include but not be limited to:
(1) 
Legal notices.
(2) 
Notification of adjoining property owners.
(3) 
Planning and engineering consultant charges for services rendered by the Town.
(4) 
Traffic studies.
(5) 
SEQR-related expenses.
(6) 
Attorneys' fees incurred by the Town.
(7) 
Construction observation expenses as directed by Town officials.
Other fees and expenses chargeable by the Town of North Greenbush shall not be affected by this chapter unless specifically mentioned herein.
