A.
Sewer rents shall be liens against real property within
all of the Town of North Greenbush sewer districts to the extent as
set forth in § 452 of the General Municipal Law. 15130 8-25-1991
B.
Sewer rents provided herein are charges in addition
to any sewer assessments that may be levied from time to time against
real property in said sewer districts. Sewer rents shall be charged
against properties connected to the sewer system in such amounts as
established by the Town Board pursuant to § 452 of the General
Municipal Law.
