It is the purpose of this chapter to provide
for the safety, health, protection and general welfare of persons
and property in the Town of North Greenbush by enacting legislation
pertaining to vehicles and traffic in the Town of North Greenbush.
It is also the purpose of this chapter to codify and to make uniform
all previous laws, ordinances and regulations of the Town of North
Greenbush pertaining to vehicles and traffic.
This chapter shall be known as the "Vehicles
and Traffic Law of the Town of North Greenbush."
