Town of North Greenbush, NY Article X Partridge Hill Apartment Complex

§ 175-40 Parking restrictions; towing of vehicles in violation.

A. No person shall park or stop a vehicle within the Partridge Hill Apartment Complex unless they do so within specifically marked parking spaces which have been approved by the Town Planning Board.

B. In addition to any other penalties prescribed by law, the Town Police Department is authorized to cause any vehicle violating this section to be towed. The expense associated with towing shall be paid by the owner of the offending vehicle.

C. This section shall apply to the following areas located within the Town of North Greenbush:

(1) Hampton Place.

(2) Greenbush Commons.

(3) Jordan Point.

(4) Crown Point.

(5) Quackenderry Commons (Van Allen) Apartments.

(6) Eastwyck Village Apartments.

(7) Stonegate Apartment Complex (Partridge Hill Apts.).

(8) Worthington Place.

(9) Oak Hill Apartments.

(10) Taco Bell Restaurant/Pai's Entire Complex.

(11) Stewarts (all locations).

(12) Jiff-E-Mart.

(13) North Greenbush Commons.
