This chapter shall be known as the "Comprehensive Zoning Law
of the Town of North Greenbush, New York."
The Town of North Greenbush is hereby divided into zoning districts,
and all land and buildings are regulated as to use, occupancy, location,
construction and alteration for the purpose of protecting and promoting
public health, safety, morals, comfort, convenience, economy, aesthetics
and the general welfare.
