The Schedule of Use Regulations shall be deemed to be a part of this chapter and is referred to herein as Table 1.[1]

Editor's Note: Table 1 is included as an attachment to this chapter. This use schedule is meant to be illustrative of the type of facilities which may be allowed in each zone and is neither all-inclusive nor all-exclusive.

§ 197-8 Bulk schedule (Table 2).

The Schedule of Area and Bulk Regulations shall be deemed to be a part of this chapter and is referred to herein as Table 2.[1]

§ 197-10 Interpretation of provisions.

The ZBA shall interpret the meaning of this chapter within the context of determining the rights of any party appealing from a decision of the Building Director or his designee or applying for a variance or special permit. Such interpretation shall be included in the official minutes of the ZBA.
