Chapter 4 Administrator

[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Owego 8-21-1972 by L.L. No. 3-1972. Amendments noted where applicable.]

§ 4-1 Office of Village Administrator abolished.

The office of the Village Administrator of the Village of Owego is hereby abolished, and the Board of Trustees and the Mayor shall assume all powers and duties heretofore exercised by the Village Administrator.
