A. 
Curb bus zones. The Board of Trustees shall have the authority to designate portions of streets or highways as curb bus zones in which buses shall stop for the purpose of taking on and/or discharging passengers and in which zones no vehicle shall be parked at any time in such portion of said streets and/or highways. Buses when so stopped in such zones shall stop in such a manner that no part of such bus extends over or encroaches upon any portion of a crossing, crosswalk or intersecting street.
B. 
Designation of Greyhound bus route. The following is the list of streets on the route upon and over which passage is permitted by the Greyhound Bus Line(s) in the Village. The use of any and all other streets is prohibited.
(1) 
Southside Drive to Court Street Bridge, to Court Street, to Main Street, to North Avenue, to East Avenue, to Erie Street, to Green Hill, to Prospect Street, to East Avenue, to North Avenue, to Main Street, to Park Street, to Court Street Bridge (96 South), to Southside Drive.
C. 
Designation of Trailways bus route. The following is the list of streets on the route upon and over which passage is permitted by the Trailways Bus Line(s) in the Village. The use of any and all other streets is prohibited.
(1) 
Southside Drive to Court Street Bridge, to Court Street, to Main Street, to North Avenue, to Temple Street, to McMaster Street, to Main Street, to Park Street, to Court Street Bridge, to Southside Drive.
No person shall drive or operate any vehicle having steel or metal tires upon any street.
No person shall drive or propel any vehicle within 100 feet of any fire apparatus which is located at the scene of a fire.
It shall be unlawful for the driver or operator of any vehicle to drive upon or across any hose or other equipment being used by the Fire Department or by any other in case of fire or other conflagration, public peril or emergency, except and unless so directed by a member of the Fire Department.
The driver or operator of a vehicle, motor vehicle, motorcycle or bicycle must, when turning corners or driving alongside of any curbline or adjacent thereto, reduce the speed of his vehicle to such an extent that such vehicle will not splash, throw or deposit mud, water or other substances upon the body, clothes, property or person of others.
The Village Board of Trustees is hereby empowered and authorized to employ persons without police or peace officer status for the purpose of crowd control and traffic control during events which the Board determines and designates as special events. Such person may also be granted the power to issue appearance tickets and to enforce local crowd and traffic regulations.
