Vehicles and traffic — See Ch. 405.
All bicycles shall be equipped and operated as provided in §§ 1230
to 1241 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law.
All persons are forbidden to ride any bicycle upon any of the sidewalks
within the Village of Perry.
Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be subject
to a fine of not more than $15 for each offense.
