Village of Perry, NY Traffic Regulations

Traffic control signals shall be installed and operated at the following described intersections:

Intersection
NYS Rt. 39 (Main Street) and Borden Street (east) and Covington Street (west)
NYS Rt. 39 (Main Street) and Lake Street

§ 405-7 Speed limits.

The maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed on or along any streets or highways within the municipality is hereby established at 30 miles per hour, except that the speed limit for vehicles proceeding on or along those streets or parts of streets described below shall be as indicated:

§ 405-8 School speed limits.

No person shall drive a vehicle at a speed in excess of the speeds indicated below, in the areas described below, during school days between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.:
