Traffic control signals shall be installed and operated at the intersection of those streets described in Schedule I (§ 173-49), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
The speed limit for both directions of traffic along the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule II (§ 173-50), attached to and made a part of this chapter, is hereby established at the rate of speed indicated.
No person shall drive a vehicle at a speed in excess of that indicated in Schedule III (§ 173-51), attached to and made a part of this chapter, in the areas described in said schedule, during school days between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV (§ 173-52), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as one-way streets in the direction indicated.
No person shall make a U-turn on any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule V (§ 173-53), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall make a turn of the kind designated (left, right, all) at any of the locations described in Schedule VI (§ 173-54), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall make a right turn when facing a steady red signal (stop indication) at any of the locations described in Schedule VII (§ 173-55), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule VIII (§ 173-56), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as through streets. Traffic control devices shall be installed on each street intersecting the through street.
The intersections described in Schedule IX (§ 173-57), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided therein.
The intersections described in Schedule X (§ 173-58), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as yield intersections. Yield signs shall be installed as provided therein.
A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any commercial vehicle or other tractor, trailer or tractor-trailer combination, having a gross weight in excess of that herein respectively prescribed, upon any of the streets or portions thereof described in Schedule XI (§ 173-59), attached to and made a part of this chapter, except for the purpose of making local deliveries on that street.
B. 
The parking of any commercial vehicle as defined below is prohibited on all public streets in residential zones and public parking areas between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. the following day.
(1) 
"Commercial vehicle" is a motor vehicle used for business or commercial purposes, including any trailers or semitrailers and tractors when used in combination with trailers or semitrailers and:
(a) 
Weighing more than 6,000 pounds;
(b) 
More than 20 feet in length;
(c) 
More than eight feet in width;
(d) 
Bearing advertising on the vehicle, including but not limited to name of business, telephone numbers or hours of operation;
(e) 
Carrying tools or equipment attached to the outside of the vehicles or carrying tools or equipment visible from the outside of the vehicle;
(f) 
Any vehicle which has the capability to dump; or
(g) 
Any vehicle classified as a school bus or school van.
