No person shall by an offensive or disorderly act or thing annoy or interfere with any person or property.
Any person found guilty of a violation of the provisions of this article shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $250, imprisonment for up to 15 days, or both, for each offense.

Applying to the Village of Poquott in relation to the conduct and operation of certain industries.
The operation, conduct or maintenance upon a dock, pier, wharf, bulkhead, barge or other vessel or elsewhere in the Village, of any staging machinery, conveyors or other apparatus for the sifting, screening, transporting, loading, unloading or shipping of sand or gravel, except for use in connection with a building operation within the Village, is hereby declared to be a nuisance and is prohibited.
Any person found guilty of a violation of the provisions of this article shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $250, imprisonment for up to 15 days, or both, for each offense. Each day the violation shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
