Editor's Note: This ordinance was enacted
by the Board of Trustees pursuant to the authority conferred by the
Village Law in Chapter 719 of the Laws of 1926 and Chapter 60 of the
Laws of 1929.
There is hereby adopted as the Official Map of the Village a
map entitled "Official Map, Village of Port Chester, Westchester County,
New York," signed by the Mayor and Village Clerk and dated December
1, 1930.
The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file
with the County Clerk a certified copy of this chapter and a copy
of the Official Map.
This chapter shall take effect immediately upon completion of
publication thereof, as required by statute.
