The Village of Port Chester adopts all of the provisions of the General
Business Law, § 352-ee, as added by Chapter 544 of the Laws of 1978.
The Village Clerk be and he hereby is directed to file a copy of this
resolution with the Attorney General of the State of New York in Albany, and
this resolution shall be effective on the 30th day after filing.
