No person or persons, firm or corporation shall maintain any theater or motion picture house or building in which any theatrical performance or motion pictures shall be given or shown without first obtaining an annual license therefor.

No theatrical performance or exhibition or musical entertainment shall be given in any theater or motion-picture house or similar building, nor shall any such theater, motion-picture house or similar building be open to the public between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.

The annual license fee hereunder for motion-picture houses shall be as set forth in Chapter 175, Fees.

The annual license fee hereunder for theatrical performance houses shall be as set forth in Chapter 175, Fees.
