No person shall bury any dead human body within the City except in one
of the cemeteries therein.
No person shall, without authority, dig any grave, erect any fence,
railing, gravestone or other construction or dig any sod in any of the cemeteries
of the City.
Each and every grave within the limits of the City in which the body
of any deceased person shall be buried shall be at least five feet deep.
