Pursuant to the authority vested in the Board of Trustees by § 1640-a of the Vehicle and Traffic Law and the Village Law and pursuant to the request of the owner of record of the Soundview Shopping Center in the Village of Port Washington North, it is hereby found, determined and declared that the safety of those members of the public using the shopping center requires the regulation of traffic in and adjacent to the parking area of the shopping center.
A. 
The area subject to this article is known as the Soundview Shopping Center in the Village of Port Washington North. It includes all of that land shown on a map entitled, "Perimeter Outline of Property, Lot 6, Block 129, Section 4, Nassau County Land and Tax Map Situated at Port Washington North, Nassau County, NY," prepared by Bohn & Bonacci, P.C., Land Surveyors, dated 9-8-1975, a copy of which is on file in the Village offices.
B. 
Said area is more particularly described as follows:
All that certain plot piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Incorporated Village of Port Washington North, Town of North Hempstead, County of Nassau, State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point where the easterly side of New Shore Road intersects the southerly side of Soundview Drive and from said point of beginning;
South 33º-00'-00" east along the easterly side of New Shore Road 753.11 feet to a point;
Thence North 57º-00'-00" east 150 feet;
Thence North 33º-00'-00" west 4.75 feet;
Thence North 57º-00'-00" east 378 feet to a point on the westerly side of Waterview Drive;
Thence, along the westerly side of Waterview Drive, the following three courses and distances to an arc of a curve bearing to the left and connecting the westerly side of Waterview Drive with the southerly side of Fishermans Drive:
(1)
North 33º-00'-00" west 359.51 feet;
(2)
Northwesterly along the arc of a curve bearing to the right and having a radius of 452 feet, a distance of 118.33 feet;
(3)
North 18º-00'-00" west 120.26 feet;
Thence along the aforesaid arc of the curve connecting the westerly side of Waterview Drive and the southerly side of Fishermans Drive, which bears to the left and has a radius of 10 feet, a distance of 14.98 feet;
Thence westerly along the southerly side of Fishermans Drive, which forms the arc of a curve bearing to the right and having a radius of 500 feet, a distance of 324.09 feet to an arc of a curve bearing to the left which connects the southerly side of Fishermans Drive with the southerly side of Soundview Drive;
Thence along the arc of the last mentioned curve, which has a radius of 20 feet, a distance of 27.15 feet to a point on the southerly side of Soundview Drive;
Thence, along the southerly side of Soundview Drive, the following two courses and distances to the intersection of the easterly side of New Shore Road and the southerly side of Soundview Drive, the point and place of beginning:
(1)
South 35º-32'-01" west 17.45 feet;
(2)
Southwesterly along the arc of a curve bearing to the right and having a radius of 754.41 feet, a distance of 282.65 feet.
As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
PARKING AREA
All areas of the Soundview Shopping Center open to vehicular traffic.
SIDEWALK
Any area designed, set aside or intended for the use of pedestrians.
The operation of a vehicle in the parking area in excess of 15 miles per hour is prohibited.
The storage of vehicles, trailers or parts thereof in the parking area is prohibited.
The parking of tractor-trailers, trailers or trucks in the parking area for more than three hours or at any time between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. is prohibited.

A. 
No person shall park or stand a motor vehicle in a traffic lane.
B. 
No person shall park a motor vehicle in a fire lane.
C. 
When given notice by properly posted signs, no person shall park, stand or stop a motor vehicle in a fire lane.
D. 
No person shall park, stand or stop a motor vehicle at the following locations along the fire lane which runs directly south and perpendicular to the southerly side of Soundview Drive on the north side of the shopping center:
(1) 
Along the westerly side of said fire lane, for a distance of 166 feet from the intersection of the northerly end of said fire lane with the southerly side of Soundview Drive;
(2) 
Along the easterly side of said fire lane, for a distance of 264 feet from the intersection of the northerly end of said fire lane with the southerly side of Soundview Drive;
(3) 
Beginning at a point which is along the easterly side of said fire lane a distance of 264 feet from the intersection of the northerly end of said fire lane with the southerly side of Soundview Drive; and from said point of beginning, as said fire lane turns at approximately a ninety-degree angle to the left, for a distance of 132 feet along the northerly side of said fire lane;
(4) 
Beginning at a point which is the following two courses along the easterly and northerly sides of said fire lane:
(a) 
A distance of 264 feet along the easterly side of said fire lane from the intersection of the northerly end of said fire lane with the southerly side of Soundview Drive; and
(b) 
As said fire lane turns at approximately a ninety-degree angle to the left, a distance of 132 feet along the northerly side of said fire lane, to the point of beginning; and from said point of beginning, as said fire lane turns at approximately a ninety-degree angle to the right, for a distance of 17 feet along the easterly side of said fire lane;
(5) 
Beginning at a point which is the following three courses along the easterly and northerly sides of said fire lane:
(a) 
A distance of 264 feet along the easterly side of said fire lane from the intersection of the northerly end of said fire lane with the southerly side of Soundview Drive;
(b) 
As said fire lane turns at approximately a ninety-degree angle to the left, a distance of 132 feet along the northerly side of said fire lane; and
(c) 
As said fire lane turns at approximately a ninety-degree angle to the right, a distance of 82 feet along the easterly side of said fire lane, to the point of beginning; and from said point of beginning, for a distance of 15 feet along the easterly side of said fire lane;
(6) 
Beginning at a point which is the following three courses along the easterly and northerly sides of said fire lane:
(a) 
A distance of 264 feet along the easterly side of said fire lane from the intersection of the northerly end of said fire lane with the southerly side of Soundview Drive;
(b) 
As said fire lane turns at approximately a ninety-degree angle to the left, a distance of 132 feet along the northerly side of said fire lane; and
(c) 
As said fire lane turns at approximately a ninety-degree angle to the right, a distance of 97 feet along the easterly side of said fire lane, to the point of beginning; and from said point of beginning, as said fire lane turns at approximately a ninety-degree angle to the left, a distance of 53 feet along the northerly side of said fire lane;
(7) 
Beginning at a point which is the following four courses along the easterly and northerly sides of said fire lane:
(a) 
A distance of 264 feet along the easterly side of said fire lane from the intersection of the northerly end of said fire lane with the southerly side of Soundview Drive;
(b) 
As said fire lane turns at approximately a ninety-degree angle to the left, a distance of 132 feet along the northerly side of said fire lane;
(c) 
As said fire lane turns at approximately a ninety-degree angle to the right, a distance of 97 feet along the easterly side of said fire lane; and
(d) 
As said fire lane turns at approximately a ninety-degree angle to the left, a distance of 53 feet along the northerly side of said fire lane, to the point of beginning; and from said point of beginning, as said fire lane turns at approximately a ninety-degree angle to the right, a distance of 35 feet along the easterly side of said fire lane; and
(8) 
Beginning at a point which is the following six courses along the easterly, northerly, and southerly sides of said fire lane:
(a) 
A distance of 264 feet along the easterly side of said fire lane from the intersection of the northerly end of said fire lane with the southerly side of Soundview Drive;
(b) 
As said fire lane turns at approximately a ninety-degree angle to the left, a distance of 132 feet along the northerly side of said fire lane;
(c) 
As said fire lane turns at approximately a ninety-degree angle to the right, a distance of 97 feet along the easterly side of said fire lane;
(d) 
As said fire lane turns at approximately a ninety-degree angle to the left, a distance of 53 feet along the northerly side of said fire lane;
(e) 
As said fire lane turns at approximately a ninety-degree angle to the right, a distance of 402 feet along the easterly side of said fire lane; and
(f) 
As said fire lane turns at approximately a ninety-degree angle to the right, a distance of 661 feet along the southerly side of said fire lane, to the point of beginning; and from said point of beginning, a distance of 54 feet along the southerly side of said fire lane.
E. 
Where parking spaces are designated by pavement markings, vehicles shall be parked within the spaces marked.
No person shall operate, drive, park, permit to stand, load or unload a vehicle in the parking area in violation of any lawful traffic control device, signal, sign or pavement marking placed or erected pursuant to any resolution, regulation or ordinance adopted by the Board of Trustees

A. 
No person shall ride a bicycle on a sidewalk.
B. 
No person shall ride a skateboard in the shopping center.
C. 
No person shall roller-blade in the shopping center.

No person shall roller-skate in the shopping center.

E. 
Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary herein, police officers shall be permitted to ride police bicycles in the shopping center.

No person shall operate, drive or park a vehicle on or across a sidewalk.

The violation of any provision of this article shall constitute a traffic infraction within the meaning of Subdivision a of § 1800 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law; and, pursuant to Subdivision c of § 1800 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law, a violation of this article shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $200.

Pursuant to the authority vested in the Board of Trustees by § 1640-a of the Vehicle and Traffic Law and pursuant to the written request of the owner of record of the Stop and Shop Shopping Center in the Village of Port Washington North, it is hereby found, determined, and declared that the safety of those members of the public using the shopping center requires the regulation of traffic in and adjacent to the parking area of the shopping center.
A. 
The area subject to this article is known as the Delco Plaza Shopping Center in the Village of Port Washington North. It includes all of that land shown on a survey entitled, "Map of Property Situated in Port Washington North, Nassau County, NY" by Frederick W. Kahler, Civil Engineer & Surveyor, dated October 12, 1981, last revised July 12, 1982, Nassau County Tax Map description Section 4, Block Q, Lots 129, 231, 241 and 242, a copy of which is on file in the Village offices.
B. 
Said area is more particularly described as follows:
All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Incorporated Village of Port Washington North, Town of North Hempstead, County of Nassau, State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the southerly side of Pleasant Avenue, a distance of 419.437 feet from the intersection of the southerly side of Pleasant Avenue and the easterly side of Old Shore Road running thence;
South 55º-47'-48" east 210 feet;
Thence South 29º-57'-48" east 220.40 feet;
Thence South 38º-59'-31" east 38.40 feet;
Thence South 87º 19' 55" west 672.29 feet;
Thence South 88º 4' 55" west 66.86 feet;
Thence along the arc of a curve bearing to the right having a radius of 1728.18 feet, an arc of 1º-59'-10" and a chord of North 14º-57'-11" west a distance of 59.90 feet;
Thence North 10º-35'-55" east 15.37 feet;
Thence North 17º-43'-57" east 15 feet;
Thence North 26º-13'-57" east 15 feet;
Thence North 29º-13'-57" east 124.41 feet;
Thence North 24º-59'-59" east 47.59 feet;
Thence North 15º-21'-22" east 47.59 feet;
Thence North 4º-49'-25" east 36 feet;
Thence South 88º-49'-38" east 111.01 feet;

C. 
In addition to the foregoing area, the following area, known as the “Stop and Shop Shopping Center in the Village of Port Washington North,” shall be subject to this article: Section 4, Block Q, Lots 10, 34 and 128; Section 4, Block 48, Lots 5 through 8, 15 through 24, 27, and 31 through 33; Section 4, Block 49, Lots 25 through 33; and Section 4, Block 50, Lots 11 through 14, on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map; and the unimproved road beds of Frank Street and George Street.
