The purpose of this article is to preserve the public health in the Village of Pulaski and to contribute to the public welfare and health of its people by establishing a means of refuse collection through the sale of refuse and garbage collection containers.
The Village of Pulaski provides refuse and garbage pickup to its residents on a periodic basis. To facilitate the collection, the Village will sell garbage bags to Village residents.
Two size bags will be sold: twenty-gallon bags and thirty-three-gallon bags. The fees for said bags shall be as established by the Village Board. The bags shall be made available to all residents at all times through outlets designated by the Board.
