A. 
Thirty miles per hour. Thirty miles per hour is hereby established as the maximum speed limit at which vehicles may proceed on or along highways within the corporate limits of this Village except on the following highways:

(1) 
On Route US 11 from the northerly Village line southerly for a distance of 0.35 miles.
(2) 
On Route NY 13 from the westerly Village line easterly for a distance of 0.4 miles.
(3) 
On Route NY 13 from the easterly Village line westerly to a point 200 feet westerly from the south on-ramp of Interstate Route 81, a distance of 0.4 miles.
(4) 
On Hinman Road from the northerly Village line southerly for a distance of 0.3 miles.
(5) 
On North Street from the northerly Village line southerly for a distance of 0.2 miles.
(6) 
On Lake Street from the westerly Village line easterly for a distance of 0.2 miles.
(7) 
On Salina Street from the southerly Village line to a point 0.35 northerly therefrom.
B. 
Forty miles per hour. Forty miles per hour is hereby established as the maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed within the corporate limits of this Village on the following highways:
