Provisions of this article shall apply except when it is necessary to stop a vehicle to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer or official traffic control device.
A. 
The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited on all highways within this Village between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. beginning November 15 and ending April 1 of each year.

B. 
All-night parking shall be prohibited all year from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. on Jefferson Street between Bridge Street and Hubble Street.[1]

The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited in any of the following locations:
A. 
Price Drive.
(1) 
On the north side between the east curbline of Jefferson Street and a point 15 feet easterly therefrom.
B. 
Jefferson Street.

On the west side from the south curbline of Lake Street to a point 35 feet southerly therefrom.
(2) 
On the east side except buses (bus stop) between the north line of pedestrian crosswalk at Lake Street and Jefferson Street and a point 106 feet northerly therefrom.
(3) 
On the east side from the south curbline of Delano Street to a point 85 feet southerly therefrom.
(4) 
On the east side between two points, the southerly point being 415 feet northerly from intersection of center line of Furnace Street with the east curbline of Jefferson Street. The northerly point being 367 feet southerly of intersection at center line of Delano Street with the east curbline of Jefferson Street, the distance between the said two points being 90 feet.
C. 
River Street.

(1) 
On west side from the south curbline of Salina Street (formerly Bridge Street) for its entire length between the hours of 2:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.
(2) 
On the east side from the south curbline at Salina Street (formerly Bridge Street) for its entire length.
D. 
Salina Street.

(1) 
On the east side between two points, the southerly point being 129 feet northerly from the intersection of center line of Glen Avenue with east curbline of Salina Street. The northerly point being 173 feet southerly of intersection at center line of Lewis Street with the east curbline of Salina Street, the distance between the said two points being 25 feet.
The stopping of vehicles is hereby prohibited in any of the following locations:
A. 
Salina Street.
(1) 
On the west side from the south edge of the Bowling Center Parking Lot to a point 40 feet southerly therefrom.
A. 
Two-hour parking. The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited in any of the following locations between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. for a period of longer than two hours:
(1) 
Broad Street on both sides.
(2) 
State Route 11 (Jefferson Street) from Furnace Street south to the intersection of County Route 60 (South Jefferson Street), both sides of the highway.[1]

B. 
Parking in all municipal-owned parking lots shall be limited to 72 hours.[3]

Four handicap parking spaces shall be established at the following locations:
A. 
Two on the east side of Route 11: one marked just north of the alleyway and one just south of the alleyway.
B. 
One on the south side of Park Street.
C. 
One on the north side of Lake Street.
