§ 68-1 Standards adopted.

The Town Board of the Town of Rhinebeck does hereby adopt the State Environmental Quality Review regulations and directs their use by the governing board and departments, officers, agencies and boards in the Town of Rhinebeck.

§ 68-2 Direct actions.

For direct actions, the Town Board of the Town of Rhinebeck shall be responsible for assuring compliance with these regulations in all direct actions undertaken by the municipality, except as noted otherwise. The Highway Superintendent shall be responsible for streets and roads or highway sections; the Planning Board shall be responsible for adoption and amendment of Comprehensive Plans.

§ 68-3 Entitlement actions.

For entitlement actions, the Zoning and Planning Administrator shall be responsible for assuring compliance with these regulations with regard to actions requiring permits, certificates and other entitlements, such as subdivision plan approval, site plan approvals, special use permits and variances.
