The standards and procedures specified herein shall be considered the
minimum standards for street and highway construction with the Town of Rhinebeck,
with it further provided that should any provision of these Street and Highway
Specifications be lower or less restrictive than any other requirement of
the Town's Land Subdivision Regulations, its Zoning Law[1] or any other duly effective local, County or state rule, law or
regulation, the higher or more restrictive requirement shall prevail.
