[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Board of the Town of Tonawanda 7-15-1974 as Chapter 21 of the 1974 Code of the Town of Tonawanda. Amendments noted where applicable.]

No person, persons or corporation shall, within the bounds or area of the Town of Tonawanda, exclusive of the Village of Kenmore, New York, use artificial floodlights in connection with any golf-practice driving course after the hour of 11:00 p.m. (Eastern standard time), unless by special written permission of the Town Board of the Town of Tonawanda, New York.
All persons, firms, corporation or associations offending against the provisions of this chapter shall forfeit the penalty of not less than $10 and not more than $25, but for a second offense, where a previous conviction shall have been had, shall forfeit the penalty of not less than $25 and not more than $50. However, when a violation of this chapter is continuous, each 24 hours thereof shall constitute a separate and distinct violation.
