The Township of Concord hereby elects to become a member of the Crum and Ridley Creeks Council of Governments (C.O.G.) upon the terms and conditions of municipal membership, as set forth in the Preamble and Bylaws of the Crum and Ridley Creeks Council of Governments, which are set forth in Appendix A to this chapter and made part hereof.
The Manager of the Township of Concord is hereby appointed as the voting
representative of Concord Township to sit on the Council of Governments.
There is hereby appropriated from the municipal treasury an amount sufficient
to pay the 1991 annual membership dues in the Council of Governments.
