For the purposes of this Chapter 210, the Township of Concord is hereby divided into districts which shall be designated as follows:

The boundaries of said districts shall be as shown upon the map attached to and made a part of this Chapter 210 which shall be designated "Zoning Map." The Zoning Map dated October 22, 1998, prepared by Thomas Comitta Associates, Inc., shall be considered the Official Zoning Map.[1]

Editor's Note: A copy of said map is on file in the Township offices, where it is available for examination and inspection by the public.
When a district boundary line divided a lot held in single and separate ownership at the effective date of this Chapter 210, the regulations as to the use in the less-restricted district shall extend over the portion of the lot in the more-restricted district a distance of not more than 50 feet beyond the district boundary line.
