The City Administrator shall serve as Deputy Director of the three (3) city departments except the Department of Public Affairs and Safety and the Department of Accounts and Finances. In addition to, but not limited to, any other powers and duties provided in this Charter, the City Administrator shall:
A. Execute the policies of the Department Director.
B. As Deputy Director, supervise and direct the internal organization of each department.
C. Have the authority to coordinate the work schedules and personnel of the three (3) departments.
D. Receive complaints and requests from citizens.
E. Serve as City Secretary and as such shall handle the correspondence and communication of the city, including the publication of official notices and meeting notes.
F. Maintain all documents and records of the city.
G. Establish a system of forms to be used in the official business of the city.
H. Prepare employee and city equipment accident reports.
I. Attend all Council meetings.
J. Maintain personnel records for all city employees.
K. Work efficiently with the Council, the Fiscal Director and all other agencies.
L. Perform any other duties as designated by the Council or the Administrative Director.
