Pursuant to the requirements of the Emergency Management Services Act
of 1978, as amended,[1] the attached Emergency Management Disaster Plan[2] is hereby adopted for use in the event of a disaster, as determined
by the Council of the City of Greensburg, the Commissions of Westmoreland
County or the Governor of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
