Extraordinary costs. When, in the course of enforcing or complying with the provisions of Chapter 265 of this Code, entitled “Zoning,” any costs that are incurred by the City for inspection or testing beyond that normally anticipated and reasonable as indicated in § 265-190C, the applicant shall be invoiced for the same and shall render said amount within 30 days. | ||||
