As used in this article, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
GAME
All wild birds and wild animals, whether protected or unprotected
under the game laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, found in
a wild state.
WRITTEN PERMISSION
A writing, signed and dated by the owner or tenant in possession
of land, which shall state the full name of the grantee of the permit.
Such "written permission" shall be clearly legible, shall have no
alterations or additions, shall be carried by the grantee of the permit
and shall be exhibited by said grantee to all law enforcement officials
and owners and occupiers of adjacent land upon demand. Only persons
named as grantees of permission in such writing shall be authorized,
and if more than one person is named, each such person shall carry
a copy of the permit. The signature of the owner or tenant in possession
of land shall first be confirmed by the Chief of Police of the Township
of Radnor or his designee, and upon authentication, said "written
permission" shall be countersigned by the Chief of Police of the Township
of Radnor or his designee.

From and after the passage of this article,
it shall be unlawful for any person to hunt for, catch, take, wound
or kill game of any kind through the use of a gun, pistol, rifle,
revolver or bow and arrow within the Township of Radnor without first
obtaining written permission therefor from the owner of the land,
as hereinabove provided.
Each grantee of permission shall be responsible
for ascertainment of boundaries before entering upon land.
This article shall not prohibit the owner or
tenant or members of their immediate families or their invitees, when
accompanied by the owner or tenant, from gunning on their land.

Any person violating any of the terms of this
article shall, upon conviction before a District Justice, be sentenced
to pay a fine not exceeding $1,000, plus costs of prosecution, and,
in default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment in the
county jail for a term not exceeding 30 days.

A. It shall be unlawful and it is hereby prohibited for
any person, persons, firms or corporations to store, sell, offer or
expose for sale at retail or have in their possession with intent
to sell at retail or with intent to use within the limits of the Township
of Radnor any air gun, air pistol, spring gun, blank gun, paint-ball
gun, dart gun or any implement not a firearm which impels with force,
or has been modified to impel with force, a pellet or projectile of
any kind. A starter-pistol used in conjunction with a legitimate,
sanctioned sporting event is permissible under this section. "At retail"
shall mean any sale of less than one dozen such articles or any sale
to anyone not a bona fide dealer therein.
B. It shall also be unlawful for any person or persons
to use or display within the limits of the Township of Radnor any
replica gun, or to alter any replica gun, in any manner which could
create the belief that such a replica gun is an actual firearm.

The Chief of Police of the Township of Radnor
is hereby authorized to seize, remove and destroy any air gun, air
pistol, spring gun, blank gun, paint-ball gun, dart gun, replica gun
or any implement not a firearm which impels with force, or has been
modified to impel with force, a pellet or projectile of any kind,
which shall be used or discharged within the Township of Radnor or
which shall be held and possessed in violation of this article.

Any person or persons, association or corporation
violating any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction
thereof, be subject to a fine of not more than $1,000, plus costs
of prosecution, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs,
to imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding 30 days.
