The Village shall construct and repair all sidewalks
in the Village at the discretion of the Board of Trustees on report
of the Superintendent of Public Works or his successor, which repairs
or construction shall be wholly at the expense of the Village, and
said repair and construction shall be a general Village charge.
This article is subject to permissive referendum.
