Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of any
chapter or Article of the Code of the Village of Groton, unless another penalty
is specifically provided or unless statutory provisions prevail, shall, upon
conviction, be punishable by a maximum fine of $250 or imprisonment for not
more than 15 days, or both.
