A.
The Town Board of the Town of Guilderland (the "Town"),
hereby imposes a surcharge of $10 on convictions rendered in the Town Justice
Court for violations committed between the effective date of this article
and September 1, 2005, that are subject to the mandatory surcharge imposed
pursuant to § 1809 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of
New York.
B.
Such surcharge shall be in addition to any sentence required
or permitted by law.
This article enacted pursuant to the authority granted by § 1809-d
of the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law.
This article shall not have a retroactive effect and shall not apply
to any conviction occurring prior to the effective date of this article.
