The parking of motor vehicles upon the Town streets, roads, and highways
of the Town of Guilderland between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. during
the months of November, December, January, February and March of each year
is prohibited.
Any violation of the provisions of this article shall subject such violator
to a civil penalty, not to exceed $25 for the first violation and not to exceed
$50 for each subsequent violation.
