The salary of each of the
members of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Hastings-on-Hudson
shall be fixed, from time to time, at an amount not to exceed the
amount set forth in the annual budget.
The salaries of all other Village officials and employees, not
determined by contractual obligation, shall be set by resolution of
the Board of Trustees.
