Pursuant to the provisions of the Real Property
Tax Law, Chapter 278, § 485-b, Business Investment Exemption,
Subdivision 7, the Village of Hastings-on-Hudson hereby reduces to
zero the real property per centum of exemption from taxation, special
ad valorem levies and service charges.
