Sharp Street, located in the Village of Haverstraw,
shall be limited to one-way traffic for its entire length in the direction
from Westside Avenue to Prospect Street, viz., from north to south
only, and parking shall be permitted on both sides of said street.
No vehicle shall be parked on Sharp Street,
unless the front end of the same is facing Prospect Street in a southerly
direction and parallel with the curbline, with curbside front and
rear wheels not more than six inches from the curbstone. Such parallel
parking shall be permitted on both sides of said street.

Any person, association, organization, corporation,
company or business entity violating any of the provisions of this
article shall be punishable, for the first offense, by a fine of $100;
which charge, under this article, shall be a petty offense or infraction,
and not a crime. The continuation or repeat of a violation of, or
failure to comply with, any provision of this article shall constitute,
for each occurrence that transpires or each day on which the violation
continues, a separate and distinct charge hereunder.
